Events Coordinator

Events Coordinator is the scheduling tool the Santa Cruz County Office of Education uses to plan its academic-year calendar of professional learning, student events, and meetings.

Staff schedule an event once, and the tool publishes it to the county's shared Google Calendars on their behalf, flags conflicts with what is already booked, and keeps the schedule and those calendars in step.

Access is by invitation. Staff sign in with their Santa Cruz County Office of Education Google account.
